American Express Business Credit Card Review

American Express Business Credit Card

American Express Business Credit Card

I got my AMEX business card because of the hassle of seperating business expenses from various personal credit card accounts. I had to use several personal accounts every month because of the amount I need to spend online each month.

The fact that the card doesn't have a credit limit is a bonus! But just because there is no defined limit doesn't mean your never going to get declined, in the first 3 months I had to call them twice to explain my spending. I must have had the card for 8 months now and I haven't had it declined in the last 5 months.

There’s no need to waste time by manually typing your American Express Business Card account information into QuickBooks. You can simply download your data quickly and easily. This saves me hours each month, I would save time having all my business spending on just one card, but being able to download account data directly into quickbooks is amazing.

Downloading your American Express Business Card account information into QuickBooks can help you keep track of cash flow and monitor employee spending. And that can help you manage your business better. What’s more, you can download your information anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So, you’ll not only be more efficient, you’ll have more control, too. Best of all — it’s free.

Your Comments/Opinions

You really need an excellent credit rating to get an amex business card.

I am a sole trader and I tried to get an american express business credit card in the UK. My application was declined by amex but I then applied for a business barclaycard and my application was accepted. I would recommend that anyone who gets declined by american express tries barclaycard. A lot of merchants in the UK don't accept amex cards anyway.

barclaycard will give a card to any one. Even a cat (as was featured in the press & TV)
