The BlackBerry 7290 isIdeal as a separate email device, if you already have a phone.



When you use a BlackBerry your emails are pushed to your BlackBerry without the need to send and receive, but you can use imap or pop email.



For me the best thing about the 7290 is the qwerty keyboard, yes a real qwerty layout with each letter accessible by its own key.



The blackberry has a really easy to read display, it seems much better quality than the display you get on most mobile phones.


I've owned my blackberry 7290 for a few months now and I really enjoy using it on a daily basis.

Yeah the blackberry 7290 is great for SMS, Email, diary by synchronizing easily to outlook on my pc and works as a phone as long as you can hear it ring!!!Why can't they make the volume higher - it's perfect except for this amazing omission.
