A friend of mine has one of these, brilliant little handheld, at one point it was restarting itself two or three times a day, apparently this was repaired with a firmware update or alike. It does the job of both phone and PDA, yes. Thats why its called a Smartphone.. There was never any 'locking' involved, as this comes straight from HP - not a Mobile Phone Network. This is good for the busy people in life who always need to be somewhere, or need to make a lot of notes! All in all, i give the HP Ipaq H6340 a big 10/10 - the little problem was probably down to Microsoft, cant expect everything to be perfect!

The HP Ipaq H6340 is a very cool phone i've been using it for a month now, can't really fault it. Battery life could be a little better so im only going to give the H6340 nine out of 10.
