Their technical support team is by far the best I have ever seen. Every time I have submitted a question I have received solutions which were more than up to my expectations within 20 minutes. It is this and the great hosting you offer at an excellent cost that I look forward to launching my upcoming future websites with them and will refer them to any and all who are looking for a hosting company.

You must be in the very small percentage of satisfied customers. Each time i have called Ipowerweb tech support i had to wait a minimum of 40 minutes. Email responses were in excess of 24 hours. I hope i am just having bad luck and things change, but im not impressed so far.
