Managed Hosting - Excellent Support

To say I am extremely happy with the level of service that my company has reveived from Neospire would be an understatement. We have been let down in the past by several hosting companies, but the service that we have received from neospire has been excellent.

Other hosting companies that I have used have only offered e-mail based tech support or limited phone based support, the 7 x 24 phone based support at NeoSpire is staffed by well trained, professional technicians - And they really do answer the phone 24-7! The support staff are always friendly, well skilled and has resolved every one of our support or configuration issues/requests in a very timely manner and, most importantly, on the first request. I have the highest confidence in the NeoSpire support staff.

We would not trust our business or the businesses of our customers if the service was not second to none. I could not recommend NeoSpire more highly.

I've had my servers hosted at neospire for over 2 years, and they have been great. Any issue is always taken care of immediately. I had a bad experience with my previous provider, and when I switched I was very apprehensive. Compared to the services I had before, I would have to say so far that the difference is definatly noticeable.

I would have to say that I have never experienced the problems that others have written. Neospire has always been good to me. Service is always great and when there is a problem, it gets fixed in a timely manner. I have every confidence in them. I would definitely recommend them.

You have got to be kidding! These guys are complete frauds. They completely have their heads up their arses, and they rely on technology that is 6+ years old. Maybe they were good back in the day, but it is a far cry from what is considered good now. I have to admit, when there are no problems, they are ok. But then again, isn't everyone good when things are up and running? The problem comes to play when something goes wrong. They do not have a trouble ticketing system that actually tracks tickets (imagine that!), their support is basically customer service (they can't do anything), and they do not have engineers onsite after 10pm. Be very weary of this company. It will certainly bite you in the butt if you put your trust in their hands. FYI: The good customers they have only use them because they get free hosting. These good customers are less than pleased with the service they get. Oh... and if you get a reference from ABC radio, it is definitely skewed. Their chairman is the son of the former CFO of Disney. Being that Disney and ABC are related, it is hardly an unbiased opinion of their service.

Yep, I agree. Not a big fan of them myself. Anyone know where I can find a good hosting company?
