Nikon D40X

From what was already an excellent package, Nikon have improved their D40 and released this version, the D40X featuring 10.2 million effective pixels. It also boasts a shooting speed of 3 frames per second for up to 100 JPEG (Fine L-size) images. Its straightforward layout includes Help menus at the touch of a button, like having a manual with you (except without having to carry it!). The D40X Zoom Kit includes the new AF-S DX 18-55mm II wideangle Nikkor zoom lens. This versatile lens is ideal for interior shots, group shots and breathtaking landscapes. It is equivalent to 25.5-82.5mm in 135 film terms.
