'This is a really good phone. The 9211 Dualphone is very easy to operate and automatically detects the presence of the Skype VOIP service. Sound quality is as good as a normal DECT phone. It's a shame that PSTN part of the DUALphone can't transmit a SKYPE signal to the other DECT base units in the house, that would give me access to SKYPE from all of my DECT handsets. A phone like this is an essentual item if you have to do any travelling as you can normally connect to the internet when you are on the road and a call home via the USB connection on a laptop is obviously much cheaper than using the hotels phone system. If you're not already using VOIP then this phone can save you a lot of money, it's easy to use and would make a great gift for any of your mates. It will probably save you money to buy all your friends one because you will be able to talk to them for free on Skype!'

I have purchase The 9211 Dualphone and two additional handsets, now all three handset display are faulty. I have searched the web for service for these handsets with no joy. I have contacted the vendor who inform me that they were out of warrenty and they have no service agent. Can anyone help?

I have 5 Dualphones ALL with the same problem. I also do not know where to get them repaired. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PHONES TO ANYBODY. BARRY A. FELDMAN
