I ordered this notebook purely based on the Samsung name and was not disappointed at all. It is very thin for a PCI Express notebook and I must say the weight is fantastic too compared to the old brick I used to lug about. Battery life is superb too and I love the AV Now station. Not sure exactly how it works but I press a button near the screen and I go into a multimedia centre that I can play DVD's look at photo's etc without even going into windows - a very clever feature indeed. I haven't tested the DVD writer yet but I am sure it will live up to the Samsung name. Can't recommend this enough
