This appeared a little slow and I was going to get the faster SLP240. However I find the SLP100 prints more like 3 seconds/label. It is possible to print just one label at a time or you can print small runs upto the capacity of the roll. The SLP100 only takes the narrow 28mm labels, which is enough space for 5 lines of text at 12 point.
