Purchased a three year contract, a year later the system failed and servershed took over a week to restore some kind of service. Initially guaranteed telephone support but when need the telephone support went to an answer phone! What use is that! Paid extra for remote boot, never got it! Seems Servershed is just another set of racks in a farm, if your server goes down, just hope that the technicians aren't busy elesewhere!Simon m
