'I took out a quarter page ad in the Thomson Local Directory for my PC repair business and had all calls routed to a phone number that I had set up for the advert. The advert generated 1 phonecall in 12 months and that was from someone who lived 30 miles away! Never again, Thomson Local is a complete waste of money!'
