I must have phoned vodafone 30 times in the last month, firstly to try and fix a problem with their business email problem, they were unable to fix it. They upgraded me to a blackberry - subject to me taking out an 18 month contract. I had to go for it because I needed email in a hurry. I was shocked when I got my mobile bill which is usually less than £300 but this one was over £900. They have overcharged me for the 2 3G cards for my company a few months ago. They initially sent the bills for recalculation and suspended my service twice whilst this happened. Nobody at vodafone customer service seems to be able to deal with this problem and recently they have given me an email address to contact their head office. I have waited for a response for 3 days. I fear they will suspend my service again. Avoid vodafone if you need reliable billing and continuous service.vodacrap
