The 3Com NJ105 IntelliJack Switch is a four-port, unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch that supports VoIP, 802.1p Packet Prioritization, and 802.3af Power over Ethernet. This in the wall switch mounts in BSI- or DIN-standard wall cutouts for a fraction of what it costs to run Category 5 or 5e cabling. For added flexibility, the pass-through port can connect an analog voice or dedicated LAN line. An innovative port-expansion solution, IntelliJack switch installs without disturbing wall structures, ceiling spaces, or day-to-day operations. The wall-secured unit is significantly less vulnerable to theft or damage than a freestanding switch or hub.
