Installing Power over Ethernet helps save time and money because it's less vulnerable to damage or tampering than local power supplies. This Multiport Midspan Solution can be used to power any IEEE 802.3af-compliant devices, particularly 3Com Network Jack and IntelliJack in the wall switches, compatible NBX telephones, and wireless access points.
