The CanoScan LiDE 50 joins the CanoScan LiDE 20 and CanoScan LiDE 30 to complete Canon's full-featured platen flatbed scanner line. The LiDE 50 sits just over an inch high, yet is loaded with an impressive feature set. A USB 2.0 High-Speed bus provides the super fast connection as well as power. Canon's easy four-button design - copy, scan, e-mail and file to PDF - gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Quality is assured with up to 1200 x 2400 dpi optical resolution, 48-bit colour, both input and output, for over 281 trillion possible colours and a powerful suite of software applications including Adobe Photoshop Elements. Multiple photo scans and scanning multi-page documents to a single PDF file are now possible with the LiDE 50.
