I managed to stop the faxes coming thru from CDS! I resized their Fax to half size, stuck it on a piece of our headed paper, with the message " to stop receiving this fax in bulk, please remove us from your mailing list" I sent them 50 copies. Yes I know it cost a few pennies, but it made me feel good!

Before you sign anything with this company, do read paragraph 7.8 of there terms and conditions. Get the smooth talking salesman to explain who actually writes the cheque for 23.5% of the debt. Also if they do recover any debt read Paragraph 4.4 because they keep the recovered money for 120 days. Best advice - DON'T USE THEM

I have now been waiting over a year for a debt to be recovered by CDS. They took my money and promised the earth but now I can't even get them to return a call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

hi andy, i strongly agree with you. I think their fake and take advatage of many people. there is a law that u can request in writing for updates, they still ignor. by the way, credit check them- MD Rober Logan been proscuted for breacking a law. business address is Clear Debt Solutions Limited Suite 63 Great Northern House 275 Deansgate Manchester M3 4EL not the one in their website, fakers!
