How do these guys get a 4.3 rating when every one of these comments is a complaint? And when you google them, there are complaints everywhere! Same experience I had, stated over and over for years by many. Stay away from Click2ink

I ordered ink on January 22, 2007. The click2ink.com website states next day shipping. I emailed click2ink at least 4 times to find out where my ink was, but got no response. I finally contacted my credit card to dispute the charges and am in the process of that now. It is now Feb 15 and I have still not received my printer cartridges.

I don't see that you have tried to call their customer support line that is available on their Contact Us page. I called and got answers to my issues very quickly.

I ordered ink Jan. 18th and have not received item as of today, Mar. 10th.....I have contacted click2ink numerous times, including phone contact and as of yet the matter hasn't been resolved!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

I also ordered ink on Feb 5. I still have not received it. I wrote several times, no response. I wrote Better Business Bureau today. I advise people to do the same,SHAME ON THEM. BAD BUSINESS

I also order ink on1/16/07 and have not received my ink as of yet. the automated email response is all i have been receiving in return when i tried to contact them. i also tried to contact them by phone no answer

Count me as one who will avoid Click2ink for any future orders. I ordered ink cartridges on February 19th and have yet to see the issue resolved as of today, April 7th. The order has been cancelled and the "help" girl has told me that my check is in the mail. We'll see. Art

They have been lying for weeks now, about issuing my refund. When I talked to them yesterday, I was told that the check was written last Friday. I have not received it. They are one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with!

Ordered two recycled ink cartridges in January. Company said they were unable to get empty cartridges to complete request. I cancelled request in March, they said refund would be sent right out. Since then no check. Called customer service #, and it just rings. Company not responding to E-mails. Be aware.

I ordered ink 01/12 and as of this date, 04/17 I have received neither ink or refund, both of which were promised verbally per phone conversation. They even had the audacity to call my home phone one time and tell me that they had just shipped my ink and here it is 2 months later and guess what, NO ink!!!!

Right now, Click2ink is undergoing a lot of changes. New management, new accountant, had a new shipping supervisor (she no longer works there), working on inventory. Trying to get things in order. The refund checks are coming. This company consists of 5 employees. Give em a break. And the "help" girl you call and yell at--(especially you Mrs. Brooks)she can't issue you a check, it's not her fault--she's just trying to help get things up and going like they should have been and should be.

Excuses, excuses, EXCUSES.......that's all I have ever received from this company, and have yet to receive either an ink cartridge or refund. All I ever hear is POOR...POOR click2ink.....WOE IS ME!!!!

I, too, ordered 4 HP toner cartridges for $211, they shipped one cartridge for a different brand of printer. Emails are returned with this message: : The e-mail message could not be delivered because there are no users here by that name. During their posted business hours the telephone number either does not answer or is busy (perhaps other customers trying to call in) It sure doesn't look good.

Click2ink.com Really Does Care! First, I want to apologize to all who had such a terrible experience at click2ink.com during the first quarter of 2007. (you will notice that ALL of our complaints are for that time period) We moved from Denver to our new facility in Rural Edson, Kansas (Pop. 64). During the move and the "settle in" period we had limited phones, internet and even delivery or pickup service. We have a 10 acre facility and could not even get snow removal! That was certainly an isolated problem/period and we have since not had any major customer service issues. We have been issuing gift certificates to people who suffered from our lack of QC/customer service. We would be happy to make it up and show anyone out there that we do care about our customers and our quality.
