PS. If you owe money and get a phone call or letter from Daniels Silverman fear NOT! Just ignore all as they can't do jack apart from calling, writing, etc. in brief Daniels Silverman have as much authority to recovery debt as the guy down the local fish & chips shop!

If you're a business and thinking of using Daniels Silverman then DO NOT! They will take your money claiming various charges and what ever money people owe you and perhaps recovered will go to the pocket of Daniels Silverman's! Most of the times Daniels Silverman's are little pussies, unable to recover debts if phone calls and letters fail. They will tell you how they would visit the premises ie. door collections but that's BULL crap! All in all if you're a business don't waste your hard earned cash on this FRAUD company. You're better off using Money Claim Online.

What a bunch of dumb asses ! I have got so many bad things to say about this company after 1 year I dont think there would be enought space... to name but a few of the problems I have had... Blatent Lies about ability, useless advise that would've ended up costing me had I taken it, countless ignored correspondence, incompetance... They had approximately 10 of my cases over the last year and are no closer to collecting any now than they were a year ago when I paid them over £1000... if you are looking for a service where you are lied to, mislead, ignored and get absolutely nothing in return for a fee of upto what I paid £1000 Speak to Rachel Workman, she's sell you agressively, insinuate you are stupid if you dont use the service then once the money is in their posession will not answer your calls again!

daniel siverman are aggressive bullies, it doesnt matter if you are due money or not, i too have been threatned with bankrupcy and they are supposed to be coming to my shop next week. MATT please get in touch with any advice . Im really worried and i cant sleep at nights for what they are saying they are going to do !!!!!!!!

It took them 3 years and a hell of a lot of money to recover a small debt. They promised fantastic results and were appaling. Not worth the stress it caused aI would never use them again despite all future debts being collected for 'free'.

Hired them 1 year ago. Promised that my bad debts will be back with me in no time. still nothing. Now they want more money from me for solisitors on the top of membersheep fee of £650

Daniels Silverman will use some very aggressive tactics in attempt to get you to pay them money, it does not matter if you owe the money or not. These sent me a letter threatening to take me to court(they won't do that because they would lose the case!). Now they have sent me a fake court summons from Liverpool county court so I have reported them to the police for harrassement.
