ABSOLUTELY USELESS.... buisiness managers have no powers or they dont want to risk anything...theyr just happy to pass the days and get their salary, and every now and then when there is a brilliant opportunity to make a killing with sellling you insurance etc they are smiling and call you back...absolutely terrible..go elsewhwere ...lots of glossy adverts but definatly dont even deliver the minimum....avoid...

'I think you should give it another go disgruntled, I rarely get an answerphone, mainly on the mobile when my Manager is either in a meeting or driving! If I can't get him I ring the office where 9 times out of ten somebody answers. Greatly improved in the last twelve months'

I dont think so, after 4 months of trying to get a Business Bank account sorted with them, Im giving up. Total joke its been, Business Branch manager sat on application for 3 weeks before putting in, in total it took 12 weeks to get a cheque book and paying in book. They never sent the charge card, qas requested to send in application again for the card, apperently it never turned up. Everytime I need to ask a question they tell me I need to talk to my Business Branch Manager who NEVER answers his phone or returns calls. The final straw came when I recieved a statement with a £1.31 charge on it, I hadnt even used the account. In my whole life I have never had such a bad experience its been a total mess, Natwest management should hang their heads in shame.

No Natwest are the worsed there is, if you want it to take 14 weeks to get your account opened, if you want to get charges on your account when not 1 transaction has been made, if you want a business manager you can never get hold of, if you want telephone banking who cant held either go for Natwest, over wise avoid. Ive been a personel account holder at Natwest for 25 years, but due to the service I recieved for my business account Ive closed my account

I emailed my business manager 3 weeks ago because she wasn't answering her phone or returning messages. I'm still waiting/chasing a reply. I don't know how other banks are but I'm sure there is another way which is better than NatWest. Shockingly bad service.

I AM A COMPANY DIRECTOR AND RECENTLY REMOVED A CO DIRECTOR DESPITE GIVING THE BANK A SOLISITORS LETTER AND A COPY OF THE LETTER/FORM THAT WAS REGISTERED WITH COMPANIES HOUSE THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT I HAVE SIGNED TWO NEW BANK MANDATES REMOVING HIS HAME BUT THEY STILL REFUSE WE ARE AT THE POINT WHERE THE FIRM WILL HAVE TO CLOSE AS WE CAN NOT PAY OUR BILLS THEY SIMPLY SAY THAT ITS OUR PROBLEM COMPLAINT LETTERS HAVE BEEN SENT SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES LEFT ITS A JOKE ITS OUR MONEY THEY ARE STOPPING US FROM RUNNING OUR BUSINESS TODAY WE LEARNT THAT THEY HAVE NOW REFUSED TO PAY OUR DIRECT DEBITS THERE IS MONEY IN ACC AND NO OVERDRAFT OR CREDIT APART HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO HARD WORKING PEOPLE
