I asked them to set me up with VPS hosting 5 days ago and it still has not been set up. Have just tried calling their support team and noone picked up the phone

Delighted. There is a one months free trial at the moment which lured me in to try it. To be honest I would've paid for the month if I knew how good the service would've been from the start.
