I signed up to this service on 26th June 2007 and am still awaiting web space despite my domain's transfer. Telephoning the help line produced stock excuses such as the web space and business email will be active in 24 to 48 hours. It remains inactive with the note "provisioning request" showing on my account status. By their own admission (I eventually got through to a supervisor) they had made an error in their paper work but also stated they were unable to contact the appropriate department by telephone which deals with registration, so they were sending them an email. I am not impressed and it remain to be seen if my web space and business email will, as promised, eventually be activated on Monday 9th July. The registration department does not work at weekends!
