Rackspace Managed Hosting

I've been using rackspace for about 6 months now and the service has been excellent.

The sites been down for about a minute in that time, and that was when one of their techs upgraded the kernel for me.

When i've had a problem setting up the server they have not only fixed it, but explained clearly and politely how I can sort it out in the future.

Rackspace have an excellent knowledgebase and support forums, and you can usually find the solution to any problems there without having to resort to a support ticket.

At £130 per month for a redhat enterprise linux server, they're not cheap, But they are without doubt the most reliable hosting company that I have ever dealt with.
